All vaults are 7.5 ft wide and 7.5 ft tall. End Door — door in the end panel. Side Door — door in a side wall panel. 5 ft and 7 ft are available in End Door only. Prices are for the vault only and do not include delivery, installation, or tax.
Storage vaults 13 ft and smaller fall under the 120 sq ft building permit exemption in Albuquerque and many New Mexico jurisdictions. Setback, placement, and HOA rules still apply. Check with your local building department before placing any structure.

Office units are stocked at our Gallup location. Delivery to the Albuquerque area may take longer than 14 days.

Installation price is for a standard install and is subject to site verification. We’ll ask for photos of your site and the access route, and confirm the site is suitable before we schedule.
Prefer to build it yourself? Most vaults go together in 30 to 60 minutes with two people on level ground. Our full install manual is free to download.
Site Preparation
Level ground, done right, before your vault arrives.

Your vault needs to sit on ground that is reasonably level. If yours isn’t, we’ll build the pad — excavate, set the base, and compact a gravel bed sized to your vault — on the same visit as your install, so nothing waits on a second contractor.
Pads are priced for ground within about 8 inches of level. Steeper sites, heavy rock, or retaining work are quoted after we see your photos.

Delivery
Priced by distance. No surprises on delivery day.

Delivery is calculated round trip from whichever of our yards — Albuquerque or Gallup — has your vault in stock. Buying more than one? If they fit on one load, you pay one delivery fee.
If our truck can’t reach the spot, we hand-carry the panels more than 50 feet, or through a gate, and build the vault where it’s going to sit — $250. It is the one thing a shipping container can’t do at all.
Ordering as a group with neighbors or a jobsite crew? Ask us about shared delivery.

How to Order
- Pick your size and color. Light gray, dark gray, or cream — in stock now.
- Reserve your vault with a 50% deposit. Call us or send a request.
- Send photos of your site. Gate, access route, and where the vault goes.
- We deliver and install. Balance due 5 days before delivery.
