This policy explains what information My Yard Vault, LLC (“My Yard Vault,” “we,” or “us”) collects when you visit myyardvault.com, request a quote, or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
My Yard Vault, LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company with locations at 5517 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and 311 US Highway 491, Gallup, New Mexico. You can reach us at (505) 382-6964 or info@myyardvault.com.

1. Information You Give Us

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Delivery information — the address where your unit will go, gate and access details, and photographs of your site and the route to it
  • Order information — the unit, color, and options you choose, your quote, and your order history
  • Payment information — see Section 4
  • Anything you write to us — messages sent through our forms, by email, by text, or left as a voicemail
You do not have to give us any of this to browse the site. You do have to give us some of it to get a quote, place an order, or take delivery.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website, we and the services we use collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you to us. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the site. Google collects this information under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Maps. Our quote builder uses the Google Maps Platform to calculate the driving distance from our yard to the address you enter. Google’s use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where our systems are able to detect it.

3. Information From Other Sources

We use your information to contact you about your quote, answer your questions, schedule delivery and setup, and follow up about our products and offers. That’s it.

4. Payment Information

We do not store your full card number. When you pay online, your payment details go directly to our payment processor, which handles the transaction under its own privacy and security terms. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, the date, and a partial card number or bank reference so we can match the payment to your order.
We use accounting software to issue invoices and record payments, and your name, contact details, and order information are stored there.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Prepare quotes and answer your questions
  • Process orders, take payment, and issue refunds
  • Schedule and complete delivery, site preparation, and installation
  • Confirm that your site is suitable, using the photographs you send
  • Provide warranty service and handle any claim
  • Send you order updates by email or text
  • Send you marketing email if you asked for it, such as our size guide
  • Keep records we are required to keep, including tax records
  • Improve our website and understand which marketing works
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and protect our rights

6. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, your order, and your delivery or installation appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Stopping texts will not affect your order, but we will then reach you by phone or email instead. We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.

Want your information updated or deleted? Email info@myyardvault.com or call us and we’ll take care of it.

8. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share what is necessary with:
  • Service providers who work for us — website hosting, payment processing, accounting, email and text messaging, customer records, analytics and advertising platforms, and any contractor we use for delivery or installation
  • Our manufacturer, when a warranty claim requires it
  • A lender you choose to apply to for financing
  • Professional advisors, such as our accountant or attorney
  • Government agencies, courts, or law enforcement when the law requires it, or when we need to establish or defend a legal claim
  • A buyer or successor, if our business or its assets are sold or transferred
Our service providers are allowed to use your information only to do the work we hired them for.

9. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records, including contracts, invoices, and payment records, for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, and at least as long as any applicable limitations period. We keep quote requests and inquiries that do not lead to an order for a shorter period. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure, encrypted website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to:
  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete information we are not required to keep
  • Stop sending you marketing email or text messages

Our website and products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
